I found this idea on Pinterest, (not sure where the idea began) but I fell in love with it instantly. We are discussing adjectives this week in writing, so what better way to show off what they learned than to write about our favorite Thanksgiving Day food.
We will begin by reading:
Then the students will brainstorm words that describe their favorite foods. Once done, they will use construction paper to illustrate their favorite foods.
